R. Dugan Construction was established in 1995 by Wendy Dugan and incorporated since 1999 which at the time we became R. Dugan Construction, Inc. As of 2011 we became a Union Company and have been very successful over the last 21 years. We are a well-known, reputable and one of the top competitors in the construction industry. We currently service all of California, Nevada, Arizona & Utah. Our projects vary from Public works, private, commercial and industrial. In addition we have taken our work to the next level and have worked on bridges, dams and water treatment facilities.
